By creating an account or using StoryGram you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use StoryGram.
Who can use StoryGram
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to agree to these Terms. One account per phone number. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content
StoryGram has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post, send or share content that:
- is sexually explicit, or sexualises minors in any way;
- harasses, bullies, threatens or encourages harm to anyone, including self-harm;
- promotes hate or violence based on identity;
- is illegal, fraudulent, spam, or impersonates someone;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
You can report any story, account or message from inside the app, and block anyone. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these rules; we may suspend or permanently remove accounts that do so.
Your content
You own what you post. You give StoryGram a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute your content only to operate and improve the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account (except copies others have already shared in chats, or backups kept for a limited time).
Ratings and interactions
Ratings, likes and comments reflect other users' opinions, not StoryGram's. Don't manipulate ratings using fake accounts or automation.
Messages
Anyone can send you a message; messages from people you don't follow arrive as requests. You can restrict, block or report anyone at any time.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms or put others at risk.
Disclaimers
StoryGram is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and safe but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, StoryGram isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted by users.
Changes
We may update these Terms; if changes are significant we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use StoryGram means you accept the updated Terms.
